Mueller Report Has Been Filed UPDATE: 10 cases of obstruction of justice referred to Congress.

It's the 19th and no pathetic Democrats have apologized yet for lying and dragging this country through the mud for 2 years while they invent conspiracy theories about collusion that weren't even remotely true.

Here's from Glenn Greenwood, noted liberal writer who frequently writes about how much he hates conservatives, admitting that the Mueller report destroyed this entire fake news, lying narrative from Democrats and the media.

The two-pronged conspiracy theory that has dominated U.S. political discourse for almost three years – that (1) Trump, his family and his campaign conspired or coordinated with Russia to interfere in the 2016 election, and (2) Trump is beholden to Russian President Vladimir Putin — was not merely rejected today by the final report of Special Counsel Robert Mueller. It was obliterated: in an undeniable and definitive manner…

…consider Mueller’s discussion of efforts by George Papadopoulos, Joseph Misfud and and “two Russian nationals” whereby they tried “to arrange a meeting between the Campaign and Russian officials” to talk about how the two sides could work together to disseminate information about Hillary Clinton. As Mueller puts it: “No meeting took place.”

Several of the media’s most breathless and hyped “bombshells” were dismissed completely by Mueller. Regarding various Trump officials’ 2016 meetings with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, Mueller said they were “brief, public and nonsubstantive.” Concerning the much-hyped change to GOP platform regarding Ukraine, Mueller wrote that the “evidence does not establish that one campaign official’s efforts to dilute a portion of the Republican platform was undertaken at the behest of candidate Trump or Russia,” and further noted that such a change was consistent with Trump’s publicly stated foreign policy view (one shared by Obama) to avoid provoking gratuitous conflict with the Kremlin over arming Ukrainians. Mueller also characterized a widely hyped “meeting” between then-Senator Jeff Sessions and Kislyak as one that did not “include any more than a passing mention of the presidential campaign.”

These facts are fatal to the conspiracy theorists who have drowned U.S. discourse for almost three years with a dangerous and distracting fixation on a fictitious espionage thriller involved unhinged claims of sexual and financial blackmail, nefarious infiltration of the U.S. Government by familiar foreign villains, and election cheating that empowered an illegitimate President. They got the exact prosecutor and investigation that they wanted, yet he could not establish that any of this happened and, in many cases, established that it did not.

LMAO

This coming from a guy who used his seat on the Intel Committee to go on TV and assure people he had proof of "collusion" and lie to everyone, under the guise that he knows what he's talking about given his position?

Again - LMAO. Schiff should GTFO and resign already. Guy is a clown car joke.

Last week: report totally exonerates the president!

Today: "report" is bullshit

He's right. Collusion was a hoax, Democrats used it and lied about it for 3 years for their own political advantage, and claiming that being upset about this is anything even near "obstruction" is hilarious bullshit.

Question: when do we get apologies from Democrats who assured the public for 3 years that they knew of collusion?

To the point take from today's news cycle:

One of the Democrats’ basic problems is that “attempting” to obstruct the investigation doesn’t make a lot of sense. If Trump had really wanted to obstruct the investigation, he could simply have terminated it. And Mueller acknowledges that the administration fully cooperated with the investigation in every way. So the “attempts to obstruct” come down to Trump expressing outrage at the fact that a baseless, partisan investigation was hampering his administration. Arguably Trump should have brought the Mueller farce to an end, but he didn’t.

It looks like Trump is now realizing that the report is more damaging than he expected. He's gone on a Twitter rant this morning and even has a new nickname the "Crazy Mueller Report" that's hilarious to me since just a couple of days ago our mouth breathing posters on this board were claiming this report totally puts him in the clear.

Liberals degrade and insult middle Americans who dare support Trump, and they degrade and insult conservative lawyers from Ivy Leagues and elite legal schools.

I guess you have to be some douchey left wing nut from SF or NYC to get their respect.

Clearly this partisan hack has paid zero attention to the actual assessment of the Mueller Report.

Mueller said his investigation did not come up with enough documented evidence to establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired and coordinated with the Russians. However, he did say that there were numerous questionable connections made between the campaign and the Russians.

The Report went on to say that the Russians clearly benefited from polling data provided to them by Trump's campaign manager and the Trump campaign clearly benefited from the Russian-hacked email leaks provided by Wikileaks.

How is you posting nut job shit from powerline blog different than me posting from like Mother Jones or some other site that is clearly biased.

The difference is that you do it and then try to frame it as "a point from today's news cycle"

And I don't do it because I understand bias. You're an untrustworthy shill.

Here's something that's been circulating in the news cycle today.

“IT’S NOT A CRIME FOR ANY CITIZEN TO ASSOCIATE WITH CRIMINALS AND SPIES, NOR TO ENJOY THEIR FAVORS, BUT THAT IS SURELY TOO LOW A STANDARD FOR A PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES”

This is news and not just a biased persons opinion but even if it were then I could just point to that person's law degree and ask you how dare you question a lawyer.

lol 85 is hardcore panicking, nearly as much as our unhinged president. He's swearing in tweets right now, you can't get much more unhinged than that as POTUS

Because you read blogs run by left wing idiots and shitbags who think having an opinion makes them an expert. PowerLine is a blog run by 3 Dartmouth (and Harvard) lawyers who actually focus on legal oriented matters. Yes, with a conservative viewpoint but there's actual credibility there.

I get it - you are going to run around like a maniac for a while, insisting that your zealots in the House try to impeach Trump. They won't, since Pelosi knows the public will view them as shitheads for even trying, given the DOJ found no crimes here.

And you'll do this all while refusing to admit that "your team" blatantly lied to the American people for 3 years about "knowing" there was collusion to score political points. ANd use it as a crux in the 2018 elections. Pathetic.

As a Republican, this sets a dangerous precedent for future Presidents and how they should act. If this is ignored, I can't imagine what future presidents will want to get away with.

Yea, it'd be crazy if a future President was accused of something he didn't do and had the entire other political party insisting he did for 3 years while taking lies to the airwaves every time they had the chance.

Working for Donald Trump is clearly a major test of one's character. Fortunately, there were some people who were willing to stand up to the President -- for his own sake and the sake of the country.

But Attorney William Barr is not one of them. He blatantly lied about the Mueller Report when he knew damn good and well that he'd be skewered by the public when the report finally came out. To me, an AG who acts this way is one of the scariest things to come out of this whole disgusting ordeal.

So why the hell would Barr do it? Because he was following orders. The truth is, more underlings are going to say "Yes, Sir" than stand up to the bully.

"Mr president we are going to investigate Russia's attempts to interfere with our democratic process"

"Oh my God. This is the terrible, this is the end of my Presidency. I’m f**ked.”

"Sir, I said we were investigating Russia"

"Yeah I heard you"

Another interesting factoid that AG Barr totally ignored in his 'summary,' is that when it came to charges for collusion and obstruction of justice, Mueller said he was prohibited by DOJ policy from indicting a sitting President.

Ultimately, he said it was for Congress to decide.

You are so full of hoax once again . Congrats on your new quest . if you guys keep losing and failing you eventually might learn how to properly handle it.

Notice how they will super concerned about Russia earlier and now don’t give a shit?

Any ETA on when Democrats who lied for 3 years and assured everyone of collusion offer an apology for internationally slandering an elected President based upon lies and conspiracy ?

When does Adam Schiff resign?

Oh, so he is one of those Ivy League elites that we should ignore, right?

Where are the chuds who were mad that Bill Clinton met in a plane that one time with Loretta Lynch.

That was obstruction to so many of you hillbillies. I know @Sir Galahad was on that ship.

“How could you let this happen, Loretta? You were supposed to protect Hillary."

That's a Trump quote with the names changed. Just imagine if it came out that Obama said that and not Trump. 85 would be beside himself.

Actually we know that Lynch personally instructed the FBI to not find reason to file charges against HRC

So thank you. We really should be investigating Obama, Lynch, Peter Strzok, and HRC

When all else fails, whip out the "b-b-but THEY did it too!" defense.

But at this point, what else should you expect from 'Shook' Red Hats. :)

lol Trump is fine and will win re-election in 2020. Democrats will shit themselves going in circles over how to use or not use this vindication of Trump and fact that no collusion was found, after 3 years of Democrats lying to the public anyways.
