Some storylines:

New Mexico State a couple weeks ago upset Auburn. Liberty is 12-0 and with a win might get into a NY6 bowl. However, Tulane is higher ranked currently.

Oregon/Washington: Washington won the earlier regular season game with Oregon missing a field goal at the end. Oregon is favored by 9.5 points. Winner probably going to be in CFP final four. Pac12 breaks up next year, with the two teams going over to the Big 10. both qbs in running for heisman.

Oklahoma-State/Texas: OkieState knocked Oklahoma out of conference game with 2OT win over BYU. Texas is heavily favored at 13.5 points. Most articles I read doesn't give OkieState much of a chance. I hope the Cowboys can upset Texas. Texas in running for top 4 CFP.

Boise State/UNLV: Boise fired head coach. 2.5 point underdogs.

SMU/Tulane: Tulane favored by 3.5 points.

Michigan/Iowa: Michigan huge favorite at 23.5 points. Harbaugh is back on the sideline for this game.

Georgia/Bama: Once again. Georgia favored by 4.5 points. Bama with the exciting game over Au in the iron bowl may give them momentum. Georgia playing for a 3rd consecutive National Championship possibility.

Loserville/FSU: I haven't read up too much on this game. Pulling for FSU.

Isn’t it Mountain West?

Oops, made a mistake! Yup. Mountain West. Pacific West will be what remains of Oregon State and Washington state next year! :p Pac-12 will have only two teams next year. I haven't looked in what will happen to the pac12. I guess it dissolves or picks up Mountain West teams. Not sure.

For the Longhorns (11-1, 8-1 Big 12), taking a page out of Central Florida's game plan might be their best chance in stopping Gordon from surpassing the triple-digit marker. In a 45-3 loss to the Knights, Gordon totaled 25 yards on 12 carries and only picked up two first downs. He also fumbled on the opening drive, leading to a 7-yard touchdown pass by John Rhys Plumlee to Kobe Hudson.

I won some money on that great Wash-Oregon game last night. Fun game. Washington prevailed at the end.

Now I need Okie-State to cover.
Ever since we manhandled them I don’t feel confident in them enough to bet. Wouldn’t it be better for Big 12 if Texas got the bid for NY6 or higher? The better the bowl the bigger the payouts we get.

One note on Boise… they had a weird season firing their coach but playing in the title game… but we were their only loss at home this season. They also had a good offense. We gave up 16 points to them and they scored 27+ in each game the rest of the season. Despite the fact that we played terribly with turnovers at inopportune times, this was a quality win. Thank you Boomer

Nelly sounds exactly like I do when I sing his songs. I love Nelly, but that was bad haha.

7-7 Tulane SMU 2nd Q

Tulane seems to be in the driver's seat.

GO TULANE! I'd hate to see those religious fanatics at Liberty make a NY6.

"Longhorns fans heartily booed and chanted “S-E-C!, S-E-C!” while Big 12 Commissioner Brett Yormark addressed the crowd before presenting the championship trophy to Ewers."
Yes I was watching. They hate him. He didn’t seem too bothered.

Oops, I forgot Michigan. But they gotta win tonight. Ugh. Good Luck CFP. Bowl game selection is tomorrow as well.
