Should the new HC go after Juco/Hardship waivers for short term talent while filling the recruiting classes?

We haven't had much success with Juco's but it's worth a shot on 1 or 2 same with hardships. DL and LB is where I'd look at for those, we need some men there not the kids we have now.

GOL never really had success with JUCOs, if the new HC thinks it'll help, go for it.

Mutcherson, the transfer from Iowa St., has been one of the very few bright spots this season. I think it's clear that some more transfers/Juco guys who have proven on the field that they can play beyond the high school level should have been targeted to backfill the holes left by seniors and guys who left early for the NFL in recent years.

Is he coming back next year? Wouldn't mind seeing him, Shaquille, Willams and Gibson. Get Drico out of there. He's too soft.

We need a Pass Rush...GOL never put a huge emphasis on it, his only focus was to stop the run! Our Defensive line was being pushed backwards all afternoon. They are non-athletic with NO speed rush or power. Get rid of them all!!!
