Scott Frost has a talent for finding the diamonds in the rough. The kids sometimes over looked by the big schools. He listed them out last night. Kids with a chip on their shoulders. He didn't do that great going after big names like tried to do at Nebraska. And as far as Nebraska goes, no one has been successful there in 20 years. Gus won a National title in the SEC and came here and flopped. Terry is right, every athletic department and program is different. It's about finding people that fit. we've seen Frost fit here. It's not unreasonable to think he can do it again.
