Agreement reached between ESPN, FOX and Warner Bros Discovery for a new premium sports streaming platform. It will include offerings from at least 15 networks and all 4 professional sports leagues. It will also be able to be bundled with Disney+, Hulu and Max. Looks like they want it to be considered the premier sports streamer with a $40/month (at least) charge. They're gonna need a lot of content....
