His dedication, hardworking attitude, humbleness, and will to succeed is going to set a great example for the entire team. Especially the younger players. They can relate. It's not always the credentials and accolades that make you a great coach. There are plenty of great and knowledgeable coaches out there at lower level programs who just haven't been given the chance or knew the right person.
