He won't be president for the distribution so whatever he says is pointless.
Bottom line is come Jan we will have a new Prez. Mass vaccinations won't be done before then anyways.

Contrast Trump's "FU" response to Cuomo to how Biden publicly responded to the current occupant of the White House's refusal to acknowledge that he's lost.
Biden could have poured gasoline on the fire the same way Trump always does -- and did in the Cuomo case -- to ratchet up the anger and turmoil. Instead, Joe poo-pawed the problem and said in a reassuring tone that his transition team has been able to go about their business and that the Republican Congress will come around. And in response to a reporter's question, he added that there was no reason to sue the Trump Administration for access.
Now that's how a real leader behaves. All the while, our current President is eroding the public's trust in our democracy for nothing more than his own selfish pride.

Cuomo simply said that given the level of public distrust in a fast-tracked vaccine, he wants a consortium of state health experts to review the research findings before giving it the green light. The greatest vaccine of all-times is worth diddily-squat if the public refuses to take it.
