OT: Big Ten getting rid of divisions in 2024 and one coach is THRILLED!

Probably the happiest person of all is James Franklin at Penn State...who generally loses to both Michigan and Ohio State most years.

Franklin openly spoke about the ending of divisions this week and is definitely looking to play more games vs the "weaker" West Division opponents.

From his presser:

"As we look, whether it's the Big Ten East or whether it's the SEC West, they're out of balance," Franklin said. "I think a lot of times, people say, well from a historical perspective, it all evens out. No it doesn't. It hasn't." (Since the conf was realigned in 2014, Big Ten East Champ is 8-0 in those last 8 Championship Games vs the West Division Winner).
