Penn State & Va. Tech. Oh well.Hope so. Lots of opportunity at that position right now
Sounds cold. Good luck to him.Penn. State & Va. Tech. Oh well.
What names have you heard? As of right now, do you think we will land anymore transfers for 2021? I’ve heard some names float around. Or should we save scholarships for 2022 players?
I'm thinking maybe King to play LB because it's a big position of need and we could get a couple of years out of him.As of right now, do you think we will land anymore transfers for 2021? I’ve heard some names float around. Or should we save scholarships for 2022 players?
I'd Iike to add that it's my belief (and I think the consensus on this side of the board) that we don't want any more transfers unless they're immediate+high impact guys who will start for at least a couple of years.I'm thinking maybe King to play LB because it's a big position of need and we could get a couple of years out of him.
Speed, power, good hands and boy can he change direction!Hey have any of you watched the film on running back, Jordan McDonald? He looks great! Anyone know how serious he is about UCF? He looks like someone we could really use.
I think Zane Durant, Antonio Kite, and Leyton Nelson are committing today. First is Zane in a few hours.I feel like I read somewhere that one of our recruiting targets was committing today. Anybody remember who it was?
Yea but no CBs for UCF among them.Would be nice to land any of them.
0 for 3?Yea but no CBs for UCF among them.
It looks like Leyton didn't end up committing. Not sure if the info I read on his commitment date was bogus. Grant Stevens picked Costal Carolina and I've also read that we're going to miss on Tyrus Washington.0 for 3?
Wow! None of that makes me happy! It looks like Leyton didn't end up committing. Not sure if the info I read on his commitment date waSteven's. Grant Stevens picked Costal Carolina and I've also read that we're going to miss on Tyrus Washington.
Last I read from Beede, he was going to Arkansas. Beede said he was still trying to get more concrete info but his prediction seemed to be definitely not UCF.The coastal carolina commitment is making me feel like we have a better shot at washington now
Well then we just suckLast I read from Beede, he was going to Arkansas. Beede said he was still trying to get more concrete info but his prediction seemed to be definitely not UCF.
Two recently recruited TEs transferred out. Behind Hescock its Marsh-Wojan and Charlie Browder. Not much D1 experience. Will be interesting to see how we even utilize the TE position. We have a ton of TEs on roster from the last bozo staff, early playing time is probably definitely an issue that both Stephen’s and Washington have mentioned is important to them in interviews.
I don't think we suck, I just think there is a big difference in getting them on campus and getting them committed or signed.Well then we just suck
If I can be 4th string at Arkansas or UCF why would I not just go to the SEC?I don't think we suck, I just think there is a big difference in getting them on campus and getting them committed or signed.
Perhaps because at UCF you might be better that 4th string and get more playing time. Why else?If I can be 4th string at Arkansas or UCF why would I not just go to the SEC?
At least after 2-3 years I could transfer out of Arkansas if things don't work. But transferring out of UCF is a lot harder after 2-3 years.
Not really, just offering a possible explanation. I don't know why someone would want to pick Arkansas over UCF except they are P5.You guys are really overestimating how talented Arkansas’s roster is
He'll probably be a big star for them and really stand out over there. Harder for him to be a star over here where we've got a clown car of talentYou guys are really overestimating how talented Arkansas’s roster is
TE is a position of need after this season. He would have been a great add for our team. He'll probably be a big star for them and really stand out over there. Harder for him to be a star over here where we've got a clown car of talent
He announces on the 9th!When are we supposed to know about Nikai Martinez?
Personally feel CB is our biggest position of need. Im not a betting man but this guy could start day one.
LB is THE position of need but I agree we could use more quality CBs next. Hoping Wilson, Francois and a transfer (Domio maybe) can show up big.Personally feel CB is our biggest position of need. Im not a betting man but this guy could start day one.
