Plus, those were the games he got to play because the starting QB was injured so I’m sure they wanted to limit the QB runs/Option plays to prevent him from getting injured which is why those were only tried near the goal line.
Nice samples and I couldn't agree more with you about the hog mistake. That was really sad.
Based on limited highlights he physically looks a little like Brown at USF

Details: The Knights' newest addition to the '26 crop, Charlton has the frame to stick at tackle after manning the right side at Brunswick last fall. He earned all-region first-team offensive honors and scooped up roughly a dozen Division I offers. UCF beat out rivals West Virginia and South Florida, among others, in the process. Since position coach Shawn Clark's arrival, the Knights have aggressively added youth and depth on the O-line, signing three impending high school graduates during the February period.

We all know how all these ELITE players he recruited here turned out (no growth or utilization) but keep telling yourself whatever narrative you want, Wins and Losses are all that matters at the end of the day and Gus didn't get it done.

But if he stayed recruiting was gonna fall off a cliff bc his act here was tired. He can resell it at a new place and blame UCF for him failing.
So you saying when Gus ABSOLUTELY DOMINATES at FSU and UCF suckz azz under Frost, Gus will get all the blame for UCF and none of the credit for the greatest turnaround in college football history at FSU?
Frost has already called out how some players are soft. That was clear watching gus’s prized recruits the past two seasons
So there will definitely be some transfers after spring. Hopefully Gus types that don’t want to practice hard.
Yup, i remember thinking to myself “these defenders hate contact” when watching last year. They would fly to the ball and then bring no punishment and would often arm tackle
Kid from Palm Beach Central committed today. They usually have decent teams. But last year they weren’t even arm tackling. They were missing arm tackles.
PB Central seems to be churning out alot of kids these days, even more so than Dwyer and Gardens it seems
Dwyer hasn’t since Daniels left. Central had that Bostic brother a year or 2 ago. And a RB that people wanted.
