U are aware, that other than the Dems saying the Russians did the hack, there is no proof of it. They never let the FBI look into their server. There is 0 proof the Russians did the hack. Now, the Russians supplied Steel with the false info used in the trump dossier, and steel funneled it thru Fusion GPS who passed it on to Hillary.

It’s not that simple:
Assume Mueller obtained an indictment of the president or a subpoena for the president to testify before a grand jury. Trump would be able to appeal the indictment or subpoena all the way to the Supreme Court.
The justices have never said whether the president can be indicted, nor whether the president can be subpoenaed for testimony. Only the Supreme Court can answer these constitutional questions definitively.
