According to what I just read, the incident took place in the early hours this morning in both Seminole and Orange counties ( as reported on numerous news outlets). DUI, possession of cocaine, resisting arrest while fleeing a traffic stop and found stuck on railroad tracks in his Lamborghini SUV.
