One of the bright young stars for the UCF Knights is defensive end Malachi Lawrence. After a breakout year in 2023, Malachi is poised to become a pivotal piece for the UCF defense under new coordinator Ted Roof. However, Malachi knows that him and his teammates must operate with a chip on their shoulder as they look to prove people wrong. Malachi shares his thoughts with Sons of UCF reporter Andrew Cherico.
