Has the staff shown a reason for Mohajir to promote within when he has B12 money, especially OC who does't even run the offense?
The flipside could hold true, OCs may get annoyed they don't get to call plays and know that limits their career and maybe Williams was hoping he can be a successor and was told that's not going to happen for a long time.

We're going to find out this season. Gus has never been so strong in his statements that it's time he moves to the CEO job and gets out of the day-to-day minutia. I trust this time he means it. But he's also got to act like a CEO so he should have a nice long talk with Saban on how best to demand accountability when giving up responsibility while maintaining the program leadership role.
Saban coaches DBs as well. Which is fine. Gus can coach a position but not have to worry about the entire offense. It doesn’t have to be Laissez-faire , just not as much running the show.
