6/1? Amazing considering this time last year he was on a heated seat at USF before a good October. Taggart was 7-21 as HC at USF last year as of October 2, 2015, and he is now listed as a top 5 candidate for the LSU job. Not that you have to remind UCF fans, but college football perspectives turn on a dime.

I'm all for things that hurt USF, but I don't see the appeal of him. His best season as a HC ever was 9 wins. They just fired Les for winning 9 games last year.

I don't think it's the baggage that sinks him so much as his lack of gentrified class to deal with the donors who run the show in places like Bama, LSU, and Ol' Miss.
