Well he is getting credit for the Trump Vaccines, and is in hiding enough that few see how out of it he actually is.

Trump did not develop them, but cleared the deck of regs and added in funding along with fast track approval. Without those actions, we likely still would not have them, rather than millions already vaccinated.

You could probably get strong support for a bill that gave everyone $10,000 but restricted medical care for people over 100 years old too.
