I find it illuminating that Knighttime laughs at the people who were initially taken in by the Jussie Smollett story while (apparently) being oblivious to how he, himself is doing the exact, same thing by continuing to believe in Trump's equally preposterous story.Yep. For some reason they don't understand that at some point they need evidence to support their claims. This is precisely why so many fall into the conspiracy camps, because they simply believe anything they "want" to be true has validity, even if there is no evidence to support it.
In the case of Smollett, once people asked for his evidence, his story quickly fell apart -- and his early supporters vanished. But in the case of Trump, his inability to provide ANY tangible evidence hasn't dissuaded his staunch supporters from continuing to believe his equally crazyass story.
Laugh at that one, Knighttime!
