And changes are not always good ... especially when you're already established as the #2 G5 program. This is hardly the first time we've been really bad under GoL.
After the FIU game you still expected us to have a winning season. Way to keep lowering the bar.The reason I'll tolerate 12-15 losses is if we have a winning season next year. And I expect a divisional title at a minimum.
If not, it means the GoL program has failed.
Huh? WTF?!After the FIU game you still expected us to have a winning season.
That's Hitt's call as far as I'm concerned. You guys make him out to be a GoL cronnie, but Hitt's actually just very calculating.Way to keep lowering the bar. And removing GOL from AD needs to happen today. I think we can all agree on that.
You know, I was thinking the same thing. We should hopefully have a few guys back next year from injury and everyone gains one year of experience. Plus next year we lose about 4 starting seniors (2 on offense and 2 on defense). We could potentially return 10 starters on each side of the ball. I know this season isn't over but I can't help but think how much we have back next year.
It sucks to dip this badly but the reality is, we are extremely young, have a few injuries dating back to the spring that cost some players the entire year, and even lost a couple guys early to the NFL.
People just need to grow up. We are not going to experience a crazy USF downfall. I really think we'll get things going this year and bounce back strong next year.
Yeah. He's done for this year, possibly more.Hopefully we can get Akins back. I heard that his knee injury is more than just an ACL. Sounds really bad. Sucks.
Oh, BTW ... and I've been holding this back.
Every single person I work with here in Alabama thinks you're all nuts for wanting to fire GoL.
Ah, no.That is because they compare us to Southern Miss.
And your office is ... where? Just curious. The co-workers in my office say otherwise. GOL needs to go.
