UCF opens as 6.5 pt favorite against Louisville

They are still a P5 team, which beat UCF last season, and deserve UCF's best effort.
Here's hoping our players aren't paying any attention to that line. We need them lean, mean and hungry for a revenge game.
Players and coaches should never look at lines. I never do because i dont bet very often. Thats the only reason to look at line. If a player seeks that number out, that isn’t good for anyone involved.
I would agree but vegas usually has a good pulse on how the game may play out
This is going to be a tough-ass game, folks. Malik Cunningham is a dangerous QB and IMO, will be in the NFL after his college career ends. If we can beat Louisville, it will be the biggest non-bowl win non-conference win in the past 5 years.

#8 Tyler hudson caught 102 of Cunningham’s 192 yds in game 1. He also caught nearly 1300 of 2900 yards of passes last year. Thats almost 45-50% of throws going to one player. I think Divaad can blanket him and we can either blitz or spy with the knight position. Based on the average yards per pass, very little downfield with this qb. I think we man up and only play one safety up high

Good research, bad strategy….with Cunningham’s ability to extend plays we should double a guy that is that valuable to them.

Some betting today, line moved from -6.5 this morning to -5.5 now. Seems like that has to be accompanied by news of some sort.
Singled up, our corners will get exposed if the QB gets 6-7 seconds to throw. We need to spy him with Hodges who can run and tackle.
Or a bunch of money is going to UL at +6.5 so they lowered it to get more money on UCF.
I don’t bet on UCF, but this line might make me break that rule just like the Boise St initial line of -4 last year. Made me sweat, we were so much better though, feel the same with Louisville.
Nah, I think we make the spread (-5.5) and then some. Too much hype on a loserville team that didn't show any promise last week, short week for them, traveling to our place and we want REVENGE at the Bounce House! JRP knows he has to perform this week too. Let's see.
Anyone give update on weather and how the ticket resale market looks?
I'm seeing 70% at 4 and 30% at 7pm but who knows. Yesterday was ugly in Orlando until about 8/8:30.
