What are you doing to prepare

For climate chaos? With only 9 years left, it's time to start planning and preparing both on an individual and governmental level. We probably should start moving people away from the coasts or do some terraforming to hold the ocean back. It may be time to start planting drought, heat, and cold resistant grasses and trees. Bulk food storage needs to be doubled or tripled. Anybody in the southeast and on the southern coast should be building hurricane proof bunkers.

Why isn't this a priority for our government?

When the Al Gores and John Kerrys of the world stop flying private or downsize their massive homes they live in with just them and their spouses because they’re that committed to the cause, I’ll start taking it as seriously as they want me to. Not that my carbon footprint is that large anyway.
