The fact that he started 4 QBs this year with no injuries, with the 4th QB clearly better than 1 through 3, should be enough to fire any coach. There's really no defense for how incompetent that it. He gave this team no chance to succeed by failing to have any feel for the personnel. You don't even have to get to the fact that he's the worst in-game coach this program has ever had.
