Malzahn doesn't need Mohajir, he is all set. However, Mohajir is not getting $12 million if he gets fired, he doesn't have a $20+ million buyout from Auburn. If he gets exposed for running UCF into the ground he's at best getting a job that will pay 1/2 as much. He has a lot to lose.
