Interesting look into how college football programs are becoming more like NFL Programs with salary caps/budgets, unlimited staffing and an even crazier free agency.

Marc's interview Andrew Ivins (Dir of Scouting at 247) who gives breakdown on how and why college staffs now mirror NFL Teams, plus how College GM's share salary ranges for position players and how some teams now have 20 personnel for just scouting (HS and College/Portal).

One crazy example: One SEC Team scouted 3,000 college players...just in case they woukd enter the portal.

Kendarius Reddick, a defensive back from Thomasville, Ga., currently ranks as UCF's highest-rated commitment in the 2025 class.

A former commitment to Auburn, Reddick flipped to the Knights during his prior visit in February. He returned for Bounce House Weekend which served as his official visit.

"I loved it," Reddick said. "Just being down here, knowing that I'm a commit and seeing everything up close and behind the scenes. It feels great. This whole visit I felt like part of the team. The coaches treated me with great respect and much love."

Is Utah the new usf?

These guys have not done anything in the conference yet and they already have their bags packed for the B2. It is so reminiscent of the cows when they were left in the BE/AAC. They yawned at the competition, told us how they could not get excited for the the AAC teams, were just waiting for the invite to the ACC, they have been ranked and now how they are culturally and academically superior to the rest of the AAC

Which is the more underrated sandwich?

Which is the more underrated sandwich?

  • BLT

    Votes: 44 35.5%
  • Peanut butter and jelly

    Votes: 39 31.5%
  • Gilled cheese

    Votes: 41 33.1%

This is stolen from the Dan Patrick Show last week.

For the record, JJ Watt said the BLT is trash. "It's just not a superior sandwich........I just don't see the appeal of the BLT. The bacon implies you want something unhealthy and delicious. The lettuce goes in direct contrast to that. There's no point to it. If we are going unhealthy, let's just go all in. The bacon, egg, and cheese is far, far superior to the BLT."

OT: MCT and other supplements

I’m not ready to go full Keto again, but I am ready to do something about the growing bulge that is my stomach.

I’m thinking about intermittent fasting (8:00pm - Noon) daily. Reducing/eliminating pure junk carbs (deserts, pretzels, chips, etc.) and maybe adding some supplements.

There is a lot written about MCT and most articles feel it can help.

What brands? How much? Etc.

Also what about other supplements like Grape Seed extract?

Yes I know there is a giant Keto thread on here somewhere, I may have started it. I lost 80+ pounds back in 2019, but I have put a lot of it back on. I am trying to find a life style change I can live with for life and 100% Keto is not it.
