Can Big 12 have 2 teams in the 2024 College Football Playoff?

If Colorado wins its next two games @Kansas and hosting Oklahoma State, they should definitely in the Big 12 Championship game. If they win that game, they are in. If that is the case, should BYU be in it also? That actually would be the best case scenario for the Big 12.

But heck, BYU is playing Kansas as of right now. And they are losing 0 - 7.

I know it is still too early to tell. But can Big 12 have 2 teams in the CFP?

I hope so. The conference will get more $$. ;)

OT: Notre Dame already in CFP

CFP...owned by ESPN, just had their lead talking head Kirk Herbstreit just slip when he was talking about ND and QN Riley Leonard, Kirk said: "When they get in the playoff, he will be the key."

Not maybe....not probable...not likley...but "WHEN they get in".

It's a done deal...even though ND has 2 somewhat easy games (UVA, at USC) and another vs ranked Army at Yankee Stadium.

Mudhen crew gets Silver Star for "largest air-to-air enemy engagement in over 50 years"

Bad ass

“We all fell into an execution rhythm: call, shoot, and confirm the target was destroyed before we moved on to the next task we had to accomplish to keep everyone safe.”
F-15E instructor pilot Maj. Benjamin Coffey and instructor weapon systems officer Capt. Lacie Hester received the prestigious Silver Star, the third-highest combat valor award in the U.S. Armed Forces.

In an extraordinary act of bravery, the pair took on low-altitude drones in pitch darkness using the F-15E’s air-to-air Gatling gun after running out of missiles. “It takes a high-performing team to even locate and engage these threats,” Coffey explained, describing how their teamwork and communication were crucial to their success.

This achievement also made history: Hester became the first woman in the Air Force to receive the Silver Star and only the 10th woman in the Department of Defense to earn the award.
