In the locker room, they basically had it set up like a recruiting visit with a photo shoot area and displays of uniforms and other gear for players. In one of the corners, they propped up this framed space jersey which should have been a departing gift for Dedrion Bacote-Sweat following the 2019 season. I guess he didn't pick it up?

I was just going back and doing a message board search for his name - I recall he always had a lot of preseason hype and buzz (from fans) and then completely disappeared that season. I don't think he even played after the first game or two, and then I don't think he was at the games either. I just checked the Senior Knight video and he wasn't there for that.

I think since Yormark is coming from the Entertainment and Professional Sports World (NASCAR and thr NBA), it woukd be interesting if he puts mandatory "requirements" on all members to invest a percentage of their overall program (conf $$, ticket sales, donations, etc...), that have to be used to use funds regularly to impr9ve the 2 most important programs to their future TV/MEDIA Deal: Football.and Men's Basketball.

I wouldn't mind if a program gets placed on Conf probation if they fail the above and if after 2-3 years of no improvement, the Commish and their members can expel said program.

Who was around for those? I remember the take overs every once and awhile and always laugh to myself.

For those that missed it, we did it a few times in a row. We'd pick a rivals board and then just bombard it with UCF post... The reactions from other fans still gets me. For awhile people thought there was some rivals glitch that caused cross posting to happen. You'd go to their open forum and the whole page would be UCF post. "How do you think George O'Leary will do this year." "Will Godfrey have a break out season." etc.

Pretty funny. Although I think we got Brandon in some heat ...

Maybe someone with better memory than me can remember the boards we hit.

Looking back NHL, NBA, MLB, college football, college basketball seemed to be in its prime. Pretty much all but NFL?

Or maybe it’s because that’s when I was a kid growing up. But reflecting back, the 90s were awesome for all sports.
