Email went out today, subject "UCF Fall Sports Tickets On Sale Now" - you can click in and see a season ticket map to see what is remaining. Is this the first time they've released that overlay for season tickets?

I wish they'd just give you a temporary link with 5 minute expiration when you do the initial selection process.. it would be nice to visualize the seats and have a good idea of aisle proximity etc.

We're looking good! Seems nearly sold out! Nothing much left in cabana / tower suites aside from singles.

Rivals update on 2024 RB Ronnie Royal from Gulf Shores, Alabama:

UCF has soared in Royal's recruitment. The Alabama native is very familiar with Gus Malzahn due to the coach's tenure at Auburn. Royal recently made a trip out to Orlando, where the Golden Knights made a good impression.

"I like (Malzahn) a lot," Royal said. "I went up there for a visit and ended up getting an offer from there. They're pretty solid. I like the way that they run stuff in their program."

And it's totally legitimate. This is what UCF is going up against. Instead of direct-to-school contributions, should deep-pocketed business owners allocate a portion of their donations (or all of it) to paying players for "endorsements" so their favorite team can have a recruiting advantage?

Miami Rivals (Canesport):

American Top Team, one of the nation's top training academies for MMA fighters which has 44 licensed gyms throughout South Florida and the world, has finalized plans to offer Name, Image, Likeness contracts to every University of Miami scholarship football player.

Each of the 90 existing Miami scholarship players will be offered a $500 a month contract (up to $6000 for a year) to endorse American Top Team through their social media accounts, personal appearances and other marketing vehicles. If all 90 players opt to accept a deal, the total American Top Team investment in year one could reach $540,000.

The deal is being administered by a new marketing company - "Bring Back The U" - which was created by South Florida businessman Dan Lambert, who founded American Top Team and is a longtime Golden Cane and member at CaneSport.com.

Third game of the season for the Sooners on September 17th. This will be a great game and I find myself finally pulling for Frost.

Reading some of their SI sites position breakdowns it seems like we may be going against a Bama/Georgia/OSU super team week 2 next year. You’d have no idea this team went 6-7 last year and needed a fluke play to beat us.

Reports say that Abortion clinics in Free states have increased Non Free state visits from 100 to 1000 per week.
so let’s say 1 days expense:
Hotel $100
Meals $30 although I think it’s higher
gas: $50
Actual medical expense: $500
Misc:$20

that’s $700 per day X 1000 FTEs x 50 weeks per year.

Free state generates $35 million in Revenue per year per clinic.
May be an investment worth considering.

Thete are going to be so many other “Butterfly effects” to this decision. More revenue for Free states, Anti GOP backlash etc…
