"It's crazy, it's really sad to be honest with you," Swinney said Wednesday at Clemson's signing day. "There's right around 2,000 kids in the portal and most of them don't have anywhere to go. There's so much tampering going on and so many adults manipulating young people. It's sad, but you know, it it what it is from that standpoint. You've got a lot of young people that ... there's a time and a place, but most of the kids are in there when they shouldn't be in there.

I know now is a terrible time to be buying cars, but wife is egging me on for a new and larger suv than her current 2015 honda CRV. We should get pretty good trade in value for it-Has been in no wrecks, has had no major equipment failure, leather interior, 50k miles, etc.

Anyway, budget is in the $40-$60k range, looking for some luxury belle and whistles, at that price nothing crazy but leather and heated seats, heated steering wheel as an option, third row, smooth/comfortable ride that drives more like a car, and safety features like blind spot detection warnings.

So far I’ve looked at 2022 or 21 models of Toyota Highlander, Mazda CX 9, Honda Pilot, and Genesis GV80. (The latter being at the top of our price range). Anything else we should be looking at? Looking to test drive starting tomorrow.

And the heated elements are important to us because we live in NJ. Not Florida.

Not sure what other angles were recorded, but this is what I recorded on the field. There was some jawing back and forth, posturing and stuff (no fighting) at first, then #13 Kyle Engel (walk-on) tugs at Tatum Bethune from behind, it appears Engel was trying to de-escalate, but then UF CB Jordan Young (freshman) enters the fray and starts punching Tatum in the helmet.

As I sit here in Sanford waiting to catch my flight home I just wanted to say Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. It's been crazy for many of us this year . I wish all of you a safe and healthy 2022.

I also will say this. In 2022 my goal is to live life, not get upset over things I have no control over and just be nice to folks both here in the Dungeon and the real world. Life is short , live and enjoy it . I truly wish the best for all you. GO Knights and Charge on!

So my Tivo Box has died and Atlantic Broadband says they can't get out here until Thursday. How can I watch football games without cable? I have internet. NFL is not on ESPN+. What are my choices? I'm thinking this might be a good time to by a Ruku.

And UCF accounts for half of them!

UCF will open the season on either Thur Sept 1st or Fri Sept 2nd or Saturday Sept 3rd vs South Carolina St. Then UCF hosts Louisville on Saturday, Sept 10th (could be pushed to a Friday on Sept 9th like this year's game).

UCF's first road game is schedule to be on Sat Sept 17th (could possibly be pushed to Fri Sept 16th).

Who's going????

UCF has 9 games scheduled in Florida next year (7 home games, at FAU, at cow u) and there could be a 10th in-state game with the AAC Championship Game at the Bounce House too!!

Can't wait to see the Knights takeover FAU once again (hopefully this time, FAU will release more tix as they held back sooooo many of their tiny 30,000 seat stadium just so more UCF Fans wouldn't buy them...that they sat "empty" on game day when their students/fans couldn't even help fill their stadium with thousands of Knights on the night).

If I’m Cincinnati, I lock up all the players in a hotel - 1 player per room isolation

and wait for the other teams to cancel…

Its almost like he was unaware of what that means, lol.

I think everyone can agree that the defense became a much bigger force in the 2nd half of the season. We had some holes to fill and the staff figuring out the pieces. I'm pleased with the progress but to be where we want to be, we need a lot better performing defense. Next year should be pretty interesting as we return pretty much all of our starters and bring in some young guys with potential. Really the only key loss is Big Kat.
