Jayvan Boggs, the nation's No. 67 overall player and high four-star prospect, spent this past weekend taking his first official visit to UCF.

The one-time Ohio State commitment was already quite familiar with the Knights having been a frequent visitor over the past couple years.

"I had a great time hanging with the coaches and other recruits," Boggs said. "Having a good time with my family and seeing everything."

What was his favorite part of the visit?

"I'd probably say the Bounce House Weekend events with the games," Boggs said. "We had games against other recruits and coaches."

On Saturday afternoon, Boggs tweeted "Hmmm" with a thinking emoji, leading some to speculate UCF was making quite the impression.

"I really was just thinking as we get closer to a decision on July 4," Boggs said. "I was just thinking about everything and having a great time on this visit."

UCF Football Media Day 2024 - Interview with Co-Defensive Coordinator Addison Williams

The UCF Knights will have a revamped defensive in 2024, and co-defensive coordinator Addison Williams will play a big role in helping to get past the struggles of the 2023 season.

The Knights brought in a host of new players for shore up a unit that finished last in the Big 12 in rushing defense.

Coach Williams and his players know that a similar performance is not acceptable in 2024.

OT: Georgia Tech vs FSU first game Ireland.

Anyone think FSU is ripe for an upset for their first game? We saw first hand how effective their running game was at the GASP Bowl, which sucked for us. I'm thinking this is one reason why Gus brought in some RB transfers. He saw how valuable a run first offense was. Just speculating in the off season. Btw, and keeping it OT, NFL first preseason game is tomorrow, Thursday night. Houston vs Chicago. I'm almost burned out on the Olympics although it's been fantastic to watch.

OT: Rock n Roll's best frontman

With the other thread on Aerosmith hanging it up, who's the best front man of rock history?

I just saw Foo Fighters tonight, my 3rd time, and my hot take is Dave Grohl. Guy can work a stadium like no other.

I know Mick, DLR, Stephen Tyler, and Bruce et al will have their votes but I think Dave beats then all.

One caveat, suggestions should be stadium bands.
