Ever since I was a little kid I’ve been fascinated with the concept of statistics and the story they could tell. It all started in the second grade with a pack of Topps baseball trading cards I got at the Scholastic book fair. Turned over an Atlanta Braves Chipper Jones card and read a snapshot of his young budding career: Games played, batting average, homerun totals, RBI etc.

I’ve always wondered how cool it would be if you get could get a data pull of any random statistic about your life:

How many miles have you walked?



How many slices of pizza have you consumed?



How many beers have you had watching sports?



I glanced up this week and realized I was coming up on my 25,000th post in the Dungeon. This is a place I’ve been a part of since my junior year at UCF. Have connected with some great people here. I was gonna pull together a TOP 25 ranking of my favorite posters but it was so damn hard. I see why college football writers just fill in with their gut and bias and adjust accordingly as the season goes on.

Consider this some semblance of a Top 10 and then shoutouts to some good people. Bound to miss some folks but it’s all love.
