***JRP QB Transfer Thread***

If UCF can't land a Tier One QB (experienced starter), I think this could be the guy. He will hit the portal after Ole Miss' bowl game. And I guess there's Emory Jones.

Spring Game 4/16

1. Louisville - home - 9/10
2. FAU - away -9/17
3. Georgia Tech - home - 9/24
4. SCSU - home - TBA
5. Cincinnati - home - TBA
6. SMU - home - TBA
7. Navy - home - TBA
8. Temple - home - TBA
9. USF - away - TBA
10. ECU - away - TBA
11. Memphis - away - TBA
12. Tulane - away - TBA

*TBA games are not in order

I think 10 wins has to be our absolute worst possibility assuming no hurricanes, major injuries, etc.

Lousiville, Cincinatti, and SMU at home will be tough.
Memphis away should be our only challenging away game.

But every other game should be guaranteed

So...NIL

Looking for fan perspective here:

Is there anything to different levels of NIL? Context: let's say hypothetically a little bitch is promoting his personal brand of socks. Is that, or should it be, equal to some guy being a spokesman for some pizza? I guess I'm trying to ask is there something to identifying a quality flaw based on said promotions?

Admittedly not my original thought but I think there's some identifying qualities in how a student athlete approaches NIL? Curious if from a fan perspective you agree or not?

It's also been like 6 months and maybe we just need this all to balance itself?

Men’s Basketball 0–7 All-time against Wichita State

-Tip-off tonight at 8:00PM EST

-I’m nervous about this one (a lot actually). Heading out to Kansas mid-week, tough environment to play in. Our guys have to get over this hump against the Shockers

-It would be great to have some momentum, potentially winners of three of four if they were to win tonight, heading into the biggest home game of the year this Saturday.

-What to expect from the Shockers? COVID has shut down their program since early January? Will they be rested? Or rusty? Healthy? A lot of unknowns…

-Have to key in on Tyson Etienne, he was the AAC Player of the Year last season. He’s been cold shooting the basketball this year, can’t let him get going early.

Sentinel: AAC hopes to wrap up exit talks with UCF, Cincinnati and Houston by spring

Matt Murschel:

“The clock’s ticking, but we’ve had ongoing discussions with the group and they’ve been very amicable,” AAC commissioner Mike Aresco told the Orlando Sentinel Wednesday. “We have great relationships with not only [UCF athletics director] Terry [Mohajir] but [Houston AD] Chris Pezman and [Cincinnati AD] John Cunningham.

“I’m hoping that by spring, we’ll have something resolved.”
