Buy your M855 now

Hey 85 you have any contacts at CBC ammo? I bought 250 rounds of their 77 gr OTM 5.56 and it refuses to cycle my AR. This AR has seen over 500 rounds of everything from cheap russian steel .223 to brass 5.56 and has had literally zero malfunctions until this stuff, which FTE's every 3rd or 4th round.

I took a video of it happening, and here is a pic, it just feels underpowered.

I tried emailing them to see if there are any issues with my lot but never received a response.

I've been inside their CEO's jet :) Just to look though, didn't fly anywhere.

I know them and actually will be visiting them in June in Brazil. The thing about CBC is that they're capable of making good ammo but their Quality Assurance standards aren't nearly as tight as US producers. There is a ton of variability in the quality within the same lot. They pass a lot of ammo that would be rejected under a US or European standard of QA.

I only know the military and law enforcement guys; not sure who handles commercial stuff from the Magtec brand.

Wow that's pretty nuts about the jet. You need to use that insider access and tell them to up their QC,this is supposed to be top quality 5.56 and I spent nearly $200 on some paper weights.

PS- CBC bought a controlling stake in Taurus.

They also can't make a pistol reliably to save their lives.
