If the G5 is going to be their coaching training grounds, then all of the schools should do what UCF did and get large buy outs if the coach gets hired away. Stipulate that the school can term the AD and let the coach go for less in their contract. From what I can tell, the school hiring away your old coach has the cash to do it and they are desperate. May as well make some coin on it.

Another good thing is you take that buyout money to up the salary for the new incoming coach, giving the school losing their coach more advantage to hire a higher quality replacement.

Miami wants CRS back? Entirely possible but I'm not convinced. I love him personally and want gime to stay at UCF.
I think most people at Miami (and their fans) would be frustrated with his hiring.

Funny how when they're talking about hiring our DC he runs a good defense, but when it comes to any other conversation our defense sucks.
Kind of OT but this reminds me of the uselessness of trying to appease people who use our SoS against us. Our SoS will never be good enough. The truth is it's not actually about SoS and trying to help us get into the CFI. They just want us to give away home games so we lose money and risk more losses.
They just don't like us.

That would be nice...but when you win the guys with the bigger checkbooks are going to poach some of your staff. Stable staffs make for better programs.
For example, Blake Bortles having 5 different Offensive Coordinators in 5 seasons. The exact recipe for "How to never let an NFL QB reach their potential." Jacksonville as a franchise is just a dumpster fire. I remember how my Seaturkeys ruined Rick Mirer in the early 90's by having 3 different offensive coordinators in his first 4 seasons. They had crappy ownership at the time as well.

Jeff is a little out of his sorts at qb coach. As much of a kook verdu was, he was a decent qb specialist. Wouldn’t be all bad if jeff left for advancement opportunities
but then he has to deal with this type of spotlight if he reunites with guys from his old staff.. FSU already has had Title 9 issues and Taggart himself can still be a risk to work under even if many assume FSU is a job that is hard to screw up
