Yes you did. I said "Cohen was raided by the FBI. Everyone not living under a rock knows that." You said in response "No, the FBI referred the case to the southern district of NY because it was outside of scope."

And you're still wrong about "Central FBI" referring the case. Mueller referred the case to Southern NY because it has nothing to do with his probe, who in turn got the warrant from a judge and then had the FBI raid Cohen.

The attorney of SDNY isn't sending NYPD to do it and hes not in there himself but he's the one conducting the raid.

Paying someone hush money is not a crime. Cheating on wives is not a crime. Covering up cheating with hush money is not a crime. When did I ever say committing a crime wasn't a big deal and/or doesn't matter.

The hush money could be seen as a “campaign donation” of sorts since it was so close to the election (a week before if memory serves). There is some precedent here with John Edwards.

So it may very well be a big deal.

Yes, using campaign donations to pay her off would be a crime. Paying her off using any other money is not and would be no big deal.
 
ABC News is now reporting that Berman had recused himself and had nothing to do with the raid.
