You don't want to build it before the Bulls show up. They'll pee in it. Half of them will bathe in it. All the dirt and lice that wash off of them will clog up the filter. Plus, if you get them wet they'll reproduce.

You want to build it right after that game, so you can get two years of use before they ruin it by turning it into an STD soup.
