Hurricane Matthew and Friday night AACtion Tulane at UCF

Possibly...especially if Tulane can't fly into Orlando on Thursday.

If they do play on Sat...I see it being a Noon game (Tulane has a short week with a game on Friday).

What could be another scenario...is that I just saw UCF and Tulane both have the same BYE WEEKS (Nov 5th), so this conf game could easily be moved to that open date for both.

It's almost mid-season 5/12 games. We could use a bye week to get healthy and a more offensive practice.

I was a little blurred eye early this morning when I woke (hurricane party afteraffect) but I thought I saw on the Weather Channel the storm making landfall in Palm Beach then heading towards Orlando. Ummm.... 11am NHC updates soon.

Possibly, but you don't know who will be hurt in 4 weeks either.

They'd be hurt in 4 weeks anyway, if we didn't get a bye this week, so it's a good thing they'll be healed up for the next game though. Mid-season bye weeks are always preferred because it allows for a midway point reset. Playing 5 games in a row before a break is preferable to playing 9 games in a row before a break.

Some hurricane models show this hurricane running up the coast and then making a turn to come back and hit Florida again. This should be an interesting week!
