shhhhhhh, don't say that loudly, Baylor will know how to beat us. Just have the full back or others push the QB through the line for 4 to 6 yards per play :-(Baylor has terrible rush defense and a weak offense, they would have to pull a Navy game to lose it.
The problem with that statement is under Gus those games seem to come all the time. Navy twice, ECU last year, terrible USF teams took us to the wire two years in a row…I have no faith in this team under Gus to put anyone away let alone an established P5 team.Baylor has terrible rush defense and a weak offense, they would have to pull a Navy game to lose it.
I honestly think he's getting paid some money to purposely piss off UCF fans and poison this board.I think Lobo is an AI experiment gone wrong from the highly ranked college of engineering at UM. Do yourself a favor and ignore this bot.
This is limbo. Anyone who believes he will be back playing after 2-3 weeks doesn’t understand football. 5-6 weeks is the realistic target.
You're falling for a canary trapMalzahn keeping a tight lid on this, but unless there’s a setback, JRP will start on Saturday against Baylor. Don’t ask for a link because it doesn’t exist.

If the spread is truly -11.5 on UCF, bet the mortgage on Baylor to cover that spread, Gus will find a way to keep them hanging around.
So the last time UCF won a home game by 2 touchdowns over a P5 school was the last time they played a home game against a P5 school? Excellent insight as always. The line is definitely -11.5 and it STANKS!

The last time UCF beat a P5 team by two scores was last year against Georgia Tech, which sucked so bad it fired its head the the following Monday after the game: https://www.wymt.com/sports/betting...ylor-college-football-odds-spread-over-under/
I have to agree with @Ace of Knights. UCF will have to show me it can put away a P5 program without playing down to its level before I take anything for granted, especially considering the guy Gus is facing is 4-0 against Gus and has only given up 30+ points to Gus once in those four meetings.
Baylor is trash…they have lost 7 out of their last 8 games. Baylor is 1-3 this year losing to Texas State at home…their one win was against an FCS opponent. So the last time UCF won a home game by 2 touchdowns over a P5 school was the last time they played a home game against a P5 school? Excellent insight as always.

How about resignation--or the thought of? lolThe firing of the coach on Monday is the point.
How many coaches have been fired immediately following a loss to UCF ever?

When Alabama lost to UCF it directly lead to the firing of their coach and ultimately triggered a series of events of coaches being hired and fired leading to hiring Nick Saban. The firing of the coach on Monday is the point.

No worries, Gus can make us look worse than anyoneBaylor is trash…they have lost 7 out of their last 8 games. Baylor is 1-3 this year losing to Texas State at home…their one win was against an FCS opponent.

3:30 is perfect. 8:00 sucks for me. The students want to leave at Half to get ready to go out. I like 3:30.During that span, Baylor lost by 1 point to the eventual National Runner Up TCU. Two losses were to Texas, one to Big 12 champ K-State, one to Top 10 Utah, and one to Air Force, arguably the best G5 team in America.
The loss to Texas State is the only head scratcher.
I hate this game. I hate the kickoff time. I hate the disrespect to Baylor with the -11.5 point spread and the honoring the 10-year anniversary of the team that defeated Baylor in the 2014 Fiesta Bowl. I hate Dave Aranda is on the other side of the field. I hate not knowing who the starting quarterback will be. There is nothing I like about this matchup (aside from Baylor's porous run defense). I will be glad when it is over.
FYI, weather might a factor on whether JRP plays this weekend.

If that means the Players Under Pads list, I agree.probably not on the PUP list.

McClain may not even get to play in Kansas game.
Yeah and he’s not starting or going to play, so shut your dumb mouth and go away.JRP in pads warning up but I don’t know anything?

He can’t throw it where it needs to go either. He’s not the savior.Malzahn said after the game Plumlee was cleared to play Friday. But Malzahn said he did not feel comfortable playing him without Plumlee going through a practice first. Plumlee had only completed 7-on-7 drills.
His status for next week's game at Kansas is still uncertain depending on how he responds to practice this week.
