McCloskeys have their firearms confiscated

Hell yeah, this law-abiding citizen was just pointing a f*king AR-15 rifle at strangers walking past him and his wife on the street.

I didn't say I agree with the law, but they didn't break one. Can't charge or arrest someone for a crime that isn't a crime.

They are going to walk. Just wait. Croods are OK with an unlawful America where protesters can just storm any neighborhood

The recent protests have a history of violence. That’s why they whipped out the guns, riiiiiiiiighht guys?

Additionally, they weren’t social distancing, so say bye bye to Nebraska football this year. You like that Shucky?

You honestly believe the Castle law applies in this case??!? LMAO

But don't worry. The Governor of Missouri already said he'd pardon the two.

Considering how the protests have gone, do you think the McCloskeys had a reasonable fear?

The castle doctrine, part 571030(4) states that residents are specifically shielded against prosecution for use of a firearm in an angry or threatening manner if they feel a threat is imminent.

Of course not! The people weren't doing a damn thing to 'frighten' them other than to walk past their home on the street.

The police ascertained that the McCloskey's testimony that they were being 'harassed' was total bullshit and that, in fact, they were the ones doing the harassing. And guess what? THEY were the ones charged with a felony. Weird how that works, huh?

But let me guess: This is a clear case of...ta-da!...government overreach. :)

You're so full of it. With the riots that we've seen all over the country and burning of houses and buildings, you wouldn't be nervous if a mob was walking up your street?

ROTFLMAO

Was it a riot? NO.
Were the protesters burning houses and buildings? NO.
Were they a "mob" as defined as "a large crowd of people, especially one that is disorderly and intent on causing trouble or violence"? NO.

But somehow I'm the one looking at this situation who is "so full of it."

Again, ignoring the question. I'll answer for you because you won't be honest.

"Yes, Crazy I would have been nervous if I saw a group of protestors walking down my street because I've seen how quickly those protests turn into violence. I wouldn't have gone outside with a gun because I dont have one, but I would have called the police because these things have been getting out of control all over the country".

Thats what being intellectually honest looks like.

He just doesn’t get it. Maybe, just maybe they were scared? Nah. Couldn’t possibly happen

You need to be dead and sitting in a pile of ashes. Only then can you bear arms. Maybe

Jesus, the unapologetic racist bullshit here has gotten deep.
You honestly are living in your own world. Another planet. Tell us all Shucky how the normal (not you) person should act when watching death and destruction for several days and then seeing protesters walk right by your 2 million dollar house that you worked all of your life to obtain

AND in a private gated community no less!

DO NOTHING, RIIIIIIGHT GUUUUUYS???? :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

LMAO---Good one. :)

Let me guess: You don't see color when it comes to protesters, right? :)
No. I see death and destruction. That’s the only thing that matters to me. I grew up in New York being around black people my whole life. My last GF was black and I work with 2. Growing up in Nebraska, you’re probably a racist of the worst kind. Like the Iowa coach

This is a truly despicable comment.
It’s only on him. They had a BLM protest in Downtown Orlando this afternoon and bright white me walked right through the middle of it

A peaceful protest I might add. Just a little too many car horns for a quiet Sunday

He is literally the only person in 3 pages worth of discussion to invoke race, and actually has the balls to call other people racists. Disgusting.

I think Shucky should take a break. There’s no place in society for disgusting racists

Shucky is a racist. A total arrogant, moronic imbecile I would have believed. A racist? Never

Gee, sorry if it was "despicable" of me to call you and Ucfmikes out on your racist bullshit.

There's only a million or so Youtube videos featuring equally "fearful" White people detaining Blacks from entering their own apartment buildings, their own neighborhood pools and--gasp!--walking down the street. Nice to know you two would 'up the ante' and whip out your guns and cite castle law.

These batshit crazy Youtube stars were just 'scared' and 'suspicious' so it was okay for them to create a scene and/or call the cops for absolutely nothing--just like the McCloskeys.

Create a scene? Oh. My. God. As opposed to the scene created by a bunch of protesters marching to the mayors house? Not to mention the fact that the McCloskeys said that it was a couple of white guys that threatened them. That should make this ok, since it wasn't racist, amirite?

YouTube stars= scared

UCFMikes and Crazy= scared of death and destruction

Shucky= Straight up racist

I honestly pray that Shucky never finds himself in a situation like the McCloskeys did. Maybe that situation could’ve turned violent, maybe it wouldn’t have - either way, Shucky wouldn’t do a damn thing until his house was burned down and he was lying in a pool of his own blood. If you do find yourself in a potentially bad situation, I hope this is all an act and you’ll protect yourself and your family.

If I was the McCloskey’s in that situation - I’m definitely grabbing my guns and calling the police. I wouldn’t have gone outside to confront them unless I had to though.

What scene was created by the protesters? Last I heard, the only people "making a scene" were the McCloskeys.

And there's no need to refer to the McCloskey's discredited testimony in an attempt to defend yourselves. You and Ucfmikes have already made it clear you don't see color when you look at protesters. ;)

You do know we're talking about a bunch of Black (and some white) folks walking peacefully down the street, right?

Correct. We don't see color when we look at protesters. You do, and you associate it with black people.

Shucky would die from 1980 Fruit of the Loom underwear with holes in them that was full of his own crap the minute that the protesters showed up

I know we’re never going to see eye to eye on this specific situation so I am speaking in general terms now - I really hope that you never end up in a potentially dangerous situation because your head is buried so far in the sand I don’t think you would protect yourself and your family if you ever needed to.

I know that everything going on is peaceful.... just ignore the police cars being set on fire, the bottles, bricks, and fireworks being thrown at officers, the church that was lit on fire and the police stations/federal buildings/courthouses that they are trying to take over and burn to the ground.... all peaceful stuff. Minn is still my favorite - it’s all peaceful, but we need $500 million to rebuild our city.
