That didn't exist at the time he claims that they meddled in the 2016 election. According to Politico, a federal judge was none too happy with Mueller when the defense attorney for several russian companies involved in the indictment along with Concord Catering, explained that the company didn't exist at the time, so he wasnt technically representing that firm.

Links please. I googled and this indictment happened in February. You got me all excited for no reason.

So you're just choosing to take the word of a lawyer for a well known Russian oligarch's firm over the US justice department without seeing any evidence in one direction or another. All you have is 1 quote and that's enough for you to trust the Russians.

At this point it's pretty clear that Russia is sketchy as hell and if it weren't connected with Trump a lot more people would be mad at their attacks.

But since Trump is also a target all the red hats want Russia to be cleared to prove their boy did nothing wrong.

Mueller publicly indicted all those companies to get headlines and never expected anything to come of it. Putin is screwing with Mueller now by sending in lawyers.

To your first statement: hardly. You're putting words in my mouth. I didn't give my opinion on whether or not I believe Trump is guilty or the Russians are guilty. I just posted facts about what happened in court.

The opinion that I stated was about Mueller and the process of the investigation. After this many months, you'd think that something like this wouldn't happen at arraignment. Is the lawyer correct? More than likely. If it wasn't then it would be a pretty stupid move to pull in front of a federal judge.

You have to remember that you're engaging with someone who believes every single accusation against Trump.

First correct thing I've seen you post. The dossier, the porn stars, the playmates, the sexual assault, it's all more trustworthy than Trump.

BTW, did you happen to catch the story of the current porn star who has accused Stormy Daniels, your oracle of truth and honesty, of covering up a sexual assault that took place on her work set?

I wonder if her scumbag lawyer, who has a history of defrauding companies and not paying for delivery orders, will take up her cause too?

Why would I be concerned about this story?

I've been ignoring the media -- especially ever since they got their tech info dead wrong early on -- and have been waiting on the judges.

And the judges have been clear and on-point with Mueller. This is becoming a US media driven witch hunt without much bite. I'm not saying that because I'm defending Trump. I'm saying that because the Moderates and non-die hard Progressives, even traditional, critically thinking Liberals, are taking note.

Mueller is doing the same thing Starr did ... he's going everywhere and hoping it sticks long enough for people to remember, and not judges to rule on. It's backfiring more and more. Bernie Sanders was right. This is going to hurt the DNC long-term, just like the Clinton investigations hurt the GOP.

You have no clue what he's doing, no one does. He may very well have followed money from this company to the troll farm in Russia. You forget that the scope of his investigation is Russian interference into the 2016 election. It's not just about Trump. I wouldn't be surprised if Jill Stein ended up being a major player in all of this.

And Mueller isn't driving the media shit show it's the media. Mueller isn't leaking anything and hasn't commented on anything. People find out what's going on when he makes arrests.

odd that the russian probe has been very quite lately
I think it's pretty much wrapped up.

Worth noting, Trump has tweeted about the Mueller Investigation more in June and May than he did in the previous year prior to that. I think the expectation is September.

Personally I expect a horrific laundry list of Russians and Trump family members wrongdoing, no criminal charges on trump and a pass off to Congress who will decline to impeach.

I personally think it will be found that most of the "facts" came from anti-Trump supporters. No direct connection and we will all move on. Not like Trump has been pro-Russia at all during his presidency so this all makes no sense.

What are you talking about not pro Russia?

There was a court ruling the other day that affirmed Mueller's ability to prosecute Manafort for crimes not related to Russian collusion. The judge remarked strongly that the prosecution (and entire probe really) was a fishing expedition and that was unusual in the least, but ruled on the law in the end. The question is how long Mueller will keep fishing with nearly unlimited taxpayer money.

Also, I think it's time that Congress did something to enact more checks and balances on special investigations. Regardless of which "side" you are on, special investigations should be focused to have the nearly unlimited power they have and should never be used as a political weapon leaking news to keep an investigative stigma on a political opponent.

Peter Strozk, the FBI Lead Investigator who conspired with other FBI personnel to stop Trump, is meeting with lawmakers behind closed doors today to discuss his involvement in covering for HRC and taking his overt bias into the Russigate witch hunt.

Mueller doesn't leak. There's no proof of that. Saying that he does is just you trying to justify limiting his power to protect your buddy from the law.

and Comey's family was attending Hillary rallies. Hard to see this is unbiased especially when the same people were looking into Hillary (wanting her to win)

The justice department is and has always been made up of people of both political parties. It's never prevented them from doing their job before and it doesn't now. I'm sorry that your boy is a scumbag slumlord money laundering criminal but thems the breaks.

How many republican FBI agents were removed from their jobs because they displayed unacceptable bias towards Obama and were caught texting their friends “well stop him”?
