Florida has reported 5,248 pnumonia deaths this year so far. If that number seems incredibly large it's because it is.
In the past 10 years they've never surpassed 3100 for an entire year and it's only May.
Using historical data Florida would normally have about 1,100 at this point in the year. But somehow they have 5,248.
