NAVY &USF. Houston was a big letdown. If they win 1 more game they probably are too.

Temple will be ranked if they beat Navy. Even then Navy could remain ranked if they beat Army and win their bowl. Tulsa has an outside shot to end ranked with a 10 win season depending on how the bowls shake out. Houston will be ranked with a bowl win.
