Recruiting Update Thread

It stinks to not sign Wildgoose, but IMO the players that will make the biggest impact in the defensive backfield from this class are already enrolled and in the weight room. Wisconsin is the bigger name school, and is probably better suited for a 3 star recruit that wants to have an elaborate reveal ceremony. I prefer the players who commit, sign and allow UCF to focus attention on other areas of need to improve the team instead of having the "reveal" ceremony that leaves schools that aren't picked potentially scrambling at the 11th hour.

if you are gonna head up north Madison is probably the nicest college town in the Big10, much nicer than Lincoln(even though Frosty is owning it, flipped one of the Gators top recruits today Richardson style)
It's a very nice looking campus. visited in the early 2000's for the Arizona game, not the biggest city, but as far as big 10 school town its prolly in the top 5 behind Minnesota, Columbus, Northwestern, Maybe Maryland, Nebraska, Rutgers? However their fans are trash. They will yell F*ck You chants, ect.

The girls in Madison throw down on Saturday night. Never seen so many on the walk of shame in my life.

We may have a late commit

He posted he is deciding between Purdue, UCF, and Fresno at 6pm. You think he doesn't have a scholly offer? He is rated 5.6 by rivals.
He might have gotten a committable offer in the last hour

Kirby Smart should be fired if he doesn’t win a Natty in 2 years

Glad this period is pretty much in the books. We've seen how the high ratings for some of these athletes leads them to false entitlement attitude which is why we've had problems with some of our 4-stars in the past. Lower recruits come in knowing they have to earn their starting jobs over multiple years.
