Some of us have co-workers harmed by the former, one even permanently. They had already recovered from Delta. We are the only western nation that does not count recovery as having protection.

The closest thing was when hospitals required their workers to get a shot if they wanted to keep working for them — which seems like a no-brainer for professionals in the business of helping sick and injured patients.
