Trump was a Putin ass kisser. This idea that Putin was intimidated by Trump is nonsense. As I said, this is a complete hypothetical so no one knows for sure, but Trump could have just as easily told Putin to do what he wants, instead of standing up to him.

It is certainly possible, we will never know for sure, it's just bizarre how the response by so many on the right is to somehow blame Biden and make Trump out to be a hero or something. But also remember, Trump had a few private meetings with Putin that none us know what was said, but my guess, is that these meetings were not Trump putting Putin in his place.

This is such a dumb question that I have seen all over twitter. First off Russia has been involved in Syria over the last several years, so it is possible they wanted to get that more sorted out first. Secondly, taking over a large European country isnt something you just plan and do over night. 3rd, how do you know he didnt want to cause problems for Trump? It might not be that he was scared of him like so many are implying, it could be he didnt want to put him in a tough spot at home, especially before an election. We just dont know for sure.
THere are also rumors that he is seriously ill, which if true, could be affecting his thinking to some degree.

Rubio is on the senate intelligence committee, I highly doubt he would tweet that without some support for it. Plus, we know his speeches havent been aired live, and we know he is making people stay like 30 feet from him. It isnt out of the question.

Well, the White House was wrong on the timing. Just like Fauci was wrong. Imagine that
Trump had the leakiest administration ever. If he’d have done something that could be used, you could bet someone would’ve used it. It would’ve been all over the NYT and Pelosi and Schumer would’ve been calling for another impeachment. Especially with so much scrutiny already on him wrt Russia.
Putin had been planning this for years and moving pieces to put Russia in a position to ensure they’d avoid major repercussions. He’s been engaging in hybrid warfare against the west. He leveraged our own mass and social media outlets to sow discord and dissension. All he had to do was wait for us to elect a weak President while we were distracted and fighting each other. Putin is a psychopath but he is also very smart and patient.
