Serious question

Kamala Harris is running in 4th place in her own state. She ain't winning.

This.

The nominee is going to be either Harris or Buttegieg depending on whether the party goes with charisma or aptitude. Biden and Bernie may as well be afterthoughts quite honestly. Biden is the 2020 version of Clinton 2016 and the party learned that lesson. Bernie was a cult of personality but nobody can sustain that for 4 years.

History kind of shows us what a successful Democrat candidate can look like. Obama, Clinton, Carter, and Kennedy are the only Democrats that were able to win the presidency from ground zero over the last 70 years and each one of them was a cult of personality type in their own way. Kennedy was the Camelot candidate. Carter was the awe shucks candidate. Clinton was the cool, drink a beer with candidate, and Obama was the suave candidate. Harris could forge her own path as being the first black woman president and buttigeig could do the same as the first gay president, but they're both up against stiff odds.

I think it is going to be Warren, although it is way to early to have much of a read on it.

Harris is an impressive intellectual candidate so she is aptitude. Buttigieg is the charismatic one because he has no qualifications for the job but people like him.
remember that time she slept her way to the top of san francisco politics?

Dude, I would LOVE to have Warren by the nominee. Holy cow, it'd be awesome.

Id be careful what you wish for. Her policies are going to be attractive to the swing voters who flipped from Obama to Trump in 2016.

No, they aren’t. And she’s the most flawed, worst candidate on that entire side of the aisle right now.

I mean, good luck railing against white privilege when you lied about being a minority as a white woman to get ahead at the wealthiest universities in the country

If she is the candidate we will just have to see. I think what you are talking about would be more of a problem for her in the primary than in the general. So if she wins the primary, then it obviously wouldn't have been that much of an issue to voters, or at least not a make or break issue.

I think it is quite a stretch to say she is the most flawed candidate. The only thing you really ever here Republicans going after her for is this one thing. I do think it is valid to go after for it, and she is going to have to address it appropriately at some point, but if this is all you have on her, then I don't think you can say she is that flawed. But the biggest thing, is if she were to win the primary, then it is basically a non starter for Trump to go after for it. If she wins the primary then a lot of minorities will have already voted for her, so who would Trump be appealing to if he were to constantly bringing that issue up?

I love how you're all pretending that skeletons in the closet matter when the other side will have a thrice married adulterer who paid hush money to a porn star that he raw dogged a month after his wife had given birth to their child.

And that's just the shit that's not actually important.

It is weird to hear people who support Trump talk about other people's flaws.

I agree, the bigger issue would be her being a socialist who wants people to hate success and believe that things like MFA are remotely feasible. Much bigger problem for her and the others

trumps been in the public eye for 30+ years. everyone knows exactly who he is and who hes not. shes going to have a hard time explaining how she lied about her race to get ahead in life all while claiming to be morally superior. lol

i would love for her to win the dnc. trump would crush her.

I love how you are so stupid you think Trump is going to crush anyone.

Trump lost the popular vote to hands down the worst possible person the DNC could have chosen. An inanimate sock would have done better than Hillary.

He isn't going to crush anyone. It is going to be a close election no matter who he runs against. It is going to come down to a handful of states like always.
Total annihilation

Biden? I doubt it
Biden is learning what TDS is.

Biden is standing his ground on his comments as a 'facilitator,' even getting racists to finally support civil liberties. The US News Media and Progressives cannot stand he used that as an example, and are mis-quoting him, instead of 'understanding his point.'

This looks like Trump all over again -- going from 4% with a mis-quote to President -- and Biden is now going to have a swell of support from moderates and Liberals, while the Progressives, Socialists and US Media continue to piss everyone off.

It's literally just that. Biden has now experienced what it is to be Trump, and refuses to 'back down.' The Media is saying what they say he said, not what he actually said. And that's only going to help Biden win the Presidency ...

If the DNC lets him become the nominee.

Warren is hated by a lot of minorities, whether she benefited or not, for not stopping to 'understand' what they were saying.
Warren was guilty of listening to what the white-centric, Progressive US News Media had to say ... instead of actual minorities themselves.

Warren literally ignored what the Cherokee Nation had to say, until they finally stopped being silent after her 1/256th - 1/1,024th test.
Warren only admitted she was ignorant when the Cherokee Nation went public after she said her DNA backed her claims.

One has to be 1/16th Cherokee and involved with the tribe.
E.g., I am 1/8th Cherokee and not involved with the tribe (have considered changing that as of late), so I have long recognized I am not Cherokee.

Warren was ignorant of that for her entire life since when this first came up.
Warren is guilty of playing to the US News Media, instead of actual minorities.

African-Americans are noting this, and are grilling her over it too.

Harris is pro cop, anti drugs and pro corporation. She doesn't grab them by the pussy, but she should push her side piece history. She talks about populist issues, but so did Trump.

By the way, we’re now halfway done with the year and the House Democrats haven’t passed any of these awesome, fantastical can’t-miss liberal policy ideas. Wonder why? Surely they should have passed MFA by now or passed a bill absolving millennials of all of their meanie student loan debt?

They’ve done nothing relevant but hey, AOC is making an ass of herself and they’re spending time debating reparations.

Lol you've had too much caffeine, too much caffeine.

Whats the point of even trying to use reason with someone as mind numbingly fuking stupid as 85?

"the party line is to hate and degrade cops."

This is why I just call these people fuking morons. You can't debate with morons.

I'd happily recognize any Democrats who dares go on record as supporting law enforcement given that the party line is to hate and degrade cops.
The level of anarchy the US News Media and left have thrown towards cops is scary.

And they call us Libertarians anarchists?

The House has passed 49 bills/resolutions this year (as of 5/24), 6 have been healthcare related. McConnell doesnt even bring most of them to a vote. The House can't pass bills on their own, and you know this.

How many of those 6 involve Medicare for All? I keep hearing about how great and foolproof this policy is yet I haven't seen it passed by a Democratic House.

THis is such a simplistic talking point. Support law enforcement how? What exactly do you even mean by that. And does that mean they have to support all law enforcement officers? Even the ones that do bad things? And what are you considering law enforcement? It is the Republicans who have consistently attacked the FBI, which last I checked, is a law enforcement agency.

There has been a bill introduced, but not voted on yet. But you are still ignoring a significant part of this. If the House passed a medicare for all bill, there is no chance McConnell would allow it to pass, and you know this. So there isnt exactly a rush to get it worked out and voted on, knowing there is no chance it will get through the senate.

You’re missing the point that it’s bad policy but it also should be vote pandering if people wanted it. So they would pass it through the House in a heartbeat because it would fail and then gain a talking point for the next election. It has nothing to do with taking more time to get it right.

Lmao I love when people post facts that just blow 85's pure lies out of the water.

All he has are lies

It is bad public policy in your opinion, certainly not in everyones. But it is also a complicated process that doesnt need to be rushed without flushing out all the details to make sure it will work. But again, McConnell wouldnt even bring it to a vote, so there is no point in rushing it.
