Dude, we just had a primary, and he won somewhat easily. If people were anywhere near as concerned about his cognitive state as you think, he wouldnt have come close to winning. And look, he isnt a great speaker I wont disagree on that, but you are way over stating his cognitive decline.
His cognitive decline is well documented. Are you aware who he was running against? Are you also aware how the Democrats made his path much easier. You can’t possibly be that naive
It isnt well documented anymore than Trump's decline is. Neither are great speakers and say stupid things at times, it happens. He ran against almost 20 other people, and he won. There were plenty of choices for people to vote for.
She had too many Hillary advisors who gave her horrible advice early on. She became much more likable towards the end of her run when she stopped listening to them & being herself but it was too late.
If anything he's understating it. I wish no ill will on the man, but he is in no way fit to take on the stresses that come with being president. You cant be 80 years old and do that job.
We aren’t talking about Trump. We are talking about Biden. You always seem to change the argument. There was no competition for Biden. It was a pathetic field. Sanders is a socialist and his supporters are young. They weren’t turning out for the primary, so he was doomed from the start.
The irony is that attack seems to be backfiring , Biden’s numbers are improving with older voters. Anyone that has family battling Alzheimer’s or Dementia can get offended by it when there isn’t any medical report to back up that smear
It isnt changing the argument. Im sorry but you cant be taken seriously on this if you only go after Biden but never want to bring it up with Trump. Trump has most certainly had more than a few moments where people were wondering if he was all there, just like Biden. So this is either something you think is a big issue, or it isnt, but you cant decide it is a big issue for one but not the other.
He will be 82 in 2024. I can bet you that he’s not go to even be anything like he is now from a cognitive level in 6-12 months, let alone 4 1/2 years from now. He already looks frail, old and tired

Yep. ANd to me, Biden comes across as a goofy grandfather. Yes, he says some dumb things, he has old schools phrases he brings out, etc and he isnt a great speaker (but he never has been), but these things dont mean he has alzheimers or dementia.

Honestly, this is why I cant take you seriously on this topic. I will freely admit that Biden isnt a great speaker, never has been. But Trump is an awful speaker as well, but you just push that to the side because you like Trump. It is a lot closer to being the same thing than you are acknowledging, is my point.
It has nothing to do with being taken seriously or being a great speaker. It has to do with the cognitive level at which Biden speaks. Under no circumstances is saying that you’re running for the senate, saying that 500 million Americans have died from gun violence or 120 million Americans have died from Covid-19 acceptable. Additionally, not being able to tell his wife from his sister or whatever
These are unacceptable gaafes nearly equivalent to you not knowing your age, name, place of birth, etc
These are mistakes that people just don’t make. They are not just accidents anymore. He’s supposed to give State of the union addresses, talk to heads of state, etc.
Additionally, these are the ones that we know about. He’s being put in hiding for a reason and the Nation will soon see the truth
You have to admit that there are differences between Trumps communication deficiencies and Bidens obvious decline. Trump goes all "stream of consciousness" which is annoying and hard to follow but Biden sometimes seems like he really doesn't know what he's talking about or why.
Dude, those are gaffes, nothing more. And the wife and sister thing is nonsense. THey were standing to the side and kind of behind him, and he just thought they were on different sides, hardly a sign of cognitive decline.

THeir styles are different yes, but Biden has never been a great speaker. It would be one thing if he was a great orator like Obama, and all of a sudden started having gaffes all the time, but he has always had gaffes.
The next time someone asks you what you do for work and you say that you’re a lawyer even though you’re a physician, tell them that you’re not a good speaker and it was a gaafe. See how absolutely stupid you look. Then do it again 10 more times with an equivalent example.
From what I understand, it didn’t exactly go smoothly. The guy gives an accurate speech about 10-20% of the time under low pressure

Dude, people dont vote for VPs, they vote for the top of the ticket. Nothing Biden did as the running mate is as big an issue as when running for president, that is true of any VP.
