Spectrum cord cut - need help

Got rid of Spectrum, thought I had a solution. I have a rental condo with a mandatory spectrum account. I’ve been using Apple TV to log into that app to watch TV at home. They outsmarted me and require that I am logged into the condo WiFi to get premium channels (espn).

What is my best solution? Pay for a premium package with the spectrum app? Or is there a better solution to get espn etc through Apple TV?
