Yes, and Miami did it way back when UCF was barely FBS and an independent, spending $1M (or less) on football ... when DVRs were still being invented and VHS was king.

As did Georgia Southern against Florida, with an even more lopsided offensive numbers. It happens. Heck, Miami has some pretty pathetic losses the past decade too ... even against the same teams UCF manhandled.
Academy teams beat ranked teams regularly ... there's just no way to prepare for them. Heck, Notre Dame loses frequently enough to Navy. Academy teams are just in a whole different category. UCF didn't have the defensive depth after Heupel. UCF is still rebuiding its defensive depth even now.
Miami hasn't played Navy since before UCF had a football team! So put up or shut up.
