He also knows every play is another chance for a starter to get injured and we don't have depth at every position. Its a balance between running up the score and keeping our guys healthy.

Sounds like there's some miscommunication. Nobody has mentioned starters taking the 2nd half off.

46-10. They have a former UCF QB commit on roster. Washington. Not sure how good he is.

... and it seems he is now 2nd on their depth chart. We could get to see him in the latter parts of the game. Seems like it may have been a good decision for him to choose UConn. I do wish him well, with appropriate limitations of course.

Best: 47-14 -- new 4-3 D is moderately conservative, but rushing 4-5 works, several D turnovers
Worst: 38-28 -- new 4-3 D is too conservative, UConn gets 4TDs as a result, not many D turnovers

Their RB situation is terrible. They had a guy quit the team and another is out for the year with an injury

It’s all on the QB and a deep and talented receiver corp. The defense is inexperienced and simply terrible.
