The playoff committee got what they wanted by keeping UCF out of the playoff! I think now they’ll throw you a bone and pat you on the head and say good job -here’s your consolation prize of a final rating of 3 or 4. But if you did the exact same thing next year you would end up 5 and still not get in! It’s all about the money and holding on to the power! An expanded 8 team playoff would probably get a G5 school in!
