Simple game. Call the first score by UCF. Winner gets name on the Wall of Fame and a pair of Coozies.​

Rules: you MUST call both the QB and receiver for passing scores along with the yardage. For all other scores RB, kickers, defenders, punt/ kick off returns you must call the yardage and the name of the player. Closest to the yardage wins. Price is right rules: If two people are exact yardage apart, closest without going over wins. You can only play once per account.

I want to apologize for recommending Mike’s Lot in the other thread. The setup was quite a bit different than what I experienced several times in the past. First and foremost he’s cramming a ton more cars in than he used to which sucked for setting up tailgates. Secondly the oak trees which used to provide a near complete canopy over much of the lot seemed to have been trimmed back significantly.
The line for the bathroom sucked as well due to the excess number of vehicles/people allowed in.
Sorry about all that. Hope the (outcome of) the game made up for it.

So I sat on the “usf home side” for the game - and thought it was interesting the logo was painted in Horns down fashion for the home crowd.

The usf fan near me (who had a full crew of 3 UCF kids) said they paint it that way for TV because it was filmed from the other side. When I was watching in the Club it was still upside down. Was the ESPN broadcast different?

That game is part of what makes college football great. Just like the FSU UF game last night which in the grand scheme of things didn’t Matter. Even though they absolutely suck they always give us a game. Those feelings in your stomach about not being able to live with yourself if you lost today those aren’t going to exist playing Iowa State or Houston. The relief you felt when we won same thing. Rivalries are the best part of college football get the series back on the schedule.

I guess it could be worse…

Defensive players are playing far too many snaps. Some players on the D line are playing all possessions. This rarely happened under previous regimes.

It seems this year, without a true off week, the D is completely worn down. They have regressed throughout the session. This is a coaching concern.

Anyone have a link for the highlights ?

In last night's radio show Gus mentioned again trying to protect Mikey and Thomas's redshirts.

TC already played in 4 games. Mikey in two.

Only two more regular games left with possible Conference Champ game and bowl game.

Will be interesting if JRP goes down and Mikey has to go in.

I guess the discussion is...which redshirt does he burn if Mikey goes over two games?

Idk if it’s just expectations have gone through the roof or people just live miserable lives. This game was ugly there is no doubt about that. The defense looked awful. But this usf team almost beat UF in the swamp if it wasn’t for a bad snap. The same UF team at the time so lane people in this group were touting as a good win for Tennessee. They almost beat Cincy in Nippert. They just put up 42 last week. They scored 3 of their touchdowns on short fields because of 3 unfortunate fumbles. Other than that our QBs had 5 incompletions total and 3 TDs. We ran for 345 yards and 3 TDs. Y’all make it seem like we just walked in there and rolled over to usf. People questioning whether we “deserve” to be in the championship game. All the teams got to play their games and all the teams had their chances to make it. But guess what we did. I will be in NOLA next weekend rooting for us to win. I hope to run into as many fans as possible and hopefully the energy is different than what is going on right now.
